The Safe Schools Incident Reporting Form is a mandatory legal requirement that is used whenever you witness student behavior for which suspension or expulsion must be considered under the Education Act Section 310 (1), including threats, harassment, and violence, regardless of mitigating factors.)  Bill 157 governs Progressive Discipline.
